There seem to be more and more of these kind of stories coming out because of the little hookers on myspace and facebook. I just don't get it. There was another story out about a 17 year old guy who was brought up on CP charges after his 15 year old girlfriend sent him nude pictures to his phone, and he then sent them to her parents to teach her a lesson.
When it comes to CP, disgusting exploited children come to mind, and not slutty teens under the age of consent. The whole point of the laws are to protect children, and not end up having the law actually exploit them. This just seems so fucking ass backwards when it comes to the actual point of the laws.

Hmm, this happened at the school I went to, there were 2 videos, 1 was intentional the other was filmed by the guy who screwed her without her consent apparently. Stupid slut sent the video of herself (which I saw on someone's phone, was just her using a dildo hah) out through bluetooth or some shit and one of the higher up teachers was fortunate enough to receive it on his phone, after that but he probably took it into his office and watched it a few times I'd say then it was a police matter. Anyway the guy who filmed the other video was chaged because he was about 199 and she was under the age of consent which is 16 plus child porn charges etc anyway that's what happens when dumb sluts flash their pussies around a school. What I have typed is just what I've heard on the grape vine, but it made it to the papers. here's de report! http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/story/0,21985,25419118-2862,00.html

The world has just gone crazy, where children who are growing up too quickly (primarily because of the media) and than reprimanded when they perform more mature activities. It boggles the mind that the authorities are concentrating on this sort of thing. They should be concentrating on the perverts who attack children, not the children themselves.

Well, I'd have to beg to differ. It's these kind of actions that lead the perverts to want to attack these kids. So in a way they are asking for the child predators, per say, fueling their fire.

Honestly, I think fourteen is a tad young to begin exposing yourself to the world in such a manner. As much as I enjoy seeing naked women, I think it is fair that those who take photographs of naked men or women under a certain age should be punished. Sometimes I feel that eighteen is a tad too high, but sometimes I feel that sixteen is too low, so I'm not sure which age would be best to be "allowed" to do this at would be.
It does suck that she is being charged for having pictures of herself though...

This goes to show 2 things: #1: The legal system is messed up bad. #2: Humans these days are harmfully dependant on social appreciation. People need to harden the F*ck up!

I think the charges are ridiculous (sp?). Did somebody force the girl to do this? If yes, charge this person. This way, the only signal you're sending to every other kid around is: your own naked body is bad! If I remember correctly this is a way of looking at nudity and your own body that was rather popular in the Dark Ages here in Europe... For me, this is something that should be handled by talking to the parents and teachers of this kid. Maybe even some child psychologist (don't know the exact word) has to sit in there, to make sure that this kid begins to understand what exactly she is doing and why it might not be a good idea to do this stuff. I'm repeating myself here, but having the family computer in the living room, where the parents are present when their kid is surfing, is imho THE best way to make sure this stuff doesn't happen. Honestly, I think fourteen is a tad young to begin exposing yourself to the world in such a manner. As much as I enjoy seeing naked women, I think it is fair that those who take photographs of naked men or women under a certain age should be punished. The discussion about age is one that had, imho no real correct answer. It all depends on the mental maturity of the person in question. And who or what is capable of creating a generic accurate way to define this. I mean, some 15 years ago, most girls aged 16 didn't show much progress in their evolution towards womanhood... nowadays I see 12 year olds with breasts Pamela would be jealous of. So are these girls more mature then the same 12 year olds 15 years ago? Just my two cents.

I don't know about you people, but jesus crist man this is pretty retarded..
I am 25 now, but when I was 12 I had a girlfriend Ashley who was a total slut, but I could never get over to her house to beat guts. I remember pretty much most girls trying to get attention from guys right around age 11ish.
Now adays, all girls see on TV is a life of LIES designed to get them to buy shit they don't need, and of corse the parents give them what ever they want cause people are afraid to put their feet down.
I remember when I was younger I always was like ...I won't do anything like my parents did...
But now as I am older, I will probley be worse =P. Shit my mom bought me a cell phone when I turned 16 cause she wanted to keep tabs on me. And I had a curview of 9 on schoolnights, and 11 on weekends...
Of corse that didn't stop me though =P

Americas laws are fucked up!
Ahhhhh----I don't know if you arer writing from outside the US or not---but the laws are F.U. in many countries. Europe is much more liberal about sex and nudity, except very conservative countries like Greece. But, if she tried doing this in a Muslim country--or some fun ''n games in China--its the death sentence.... I do agree; this is so stupid it will fall apart in court. There is something about not being able to self-incriminate in the 4th amendment--and the 1st amendment about using a cell phone. Yes, I should have made myself a bit clearer. The nudity laws are really messed up, I guess mostly since the US still got strong religious feet left. Also you very often hear how people sue eachother back and forth. Like for an example a women that sued a shop because the coffee burned her tongue, that's just freaking lol! This is ridiciulous! The guys who lok at them are the criminals Nope, just guys being guys! ;)
